Financial Associate

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial documentation and monitor activity in client brokerage accounts.  Work extensively with clients, brokerage & mutual fund companies via telephone.  Initiate purchases and redemptions of various securities within client accounts.  Constant and accurate monitoring of activity within accounts.    Responsibilities include heavy document preparation, appointment setting and confirmation, filing, and various other administrative duties.

Requirements:

Series 6/63 Required

Bachelors degree

Knowledge of  Microsoft Office, Wordperfect, and Laserfiche scanning a plus

Extensive computer knowledge preferred

Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:

Prepare & analyze legal documents pertaining to Estate Planning, Elderlaw, & Real Estate.  Work extensively with clients via personal and telephone contact.  Provide administrative support in the following fields: legal, financial, and tax.  Responsibilities include extensive document scanning, filing, appointment setting & confirmation, and various other office duties.

Requirements:

College degree preferred

Knowledge of Worperfect, Microsoft Office, & Laserfiche scanning software a plus

Accounting & Finance background a plus
